Summer Animation in Gerês

From July 12 to September 13 will be 29 days with events in Gerês, all free of charge, for tourists and local people. A cultural program that complements the tourist offer of the municipality of Terras de Bouro, in which dominates the natural heritage.

As in previous years, the diversity of artistic expressions is notorious, being one of the interesting characteristics of the set of events. Namely, theater, three handicraft fairs, stand-up comedy, folklore and concerts with artists and bands from different musical styles such as rock, pop, folk and popular.

Most of the events will take place in the Vila do Gerês, however performances are planned in Terras de Bouro and in the Marina de Rio Caldo.

The agenda can be consulted at www.geres.pt  with cultural programming being the responsibility of the Gerês Viver Turismo business association, with support from the Terras de Bouro Municipal Council.
