The Jacuzzi is the ideal treatment to relax and forget about everyday worries.

Alone or with your better half, enjoy a healthy bath thanks to hydrotherapy, in our private Jacuzzi room.

This moment will provide you with the feeling of lightness and multiple benefits such as muscle toning, improvement of mental balance and the general appearance of the skin, prevention of cellulite, detoxification of the body and stimulation of blood circulation.

SAUNA

The Sauna, of Finnish origin and sometimes called Finnish Bath, is a hot and dry treatment.

Its characteristics carry a series of health and beauty benefits, such as the stimulation of blood circulation, detoxifies the body, cleans the respiratory tract, promotes muscle relaxation and pain relief in the spine, prevents sagging and the famous cellulite, improves the appearance of the skin, etc.

TURKISH BATH

The Turkish Bath provides you with a moment of relaxation, bringing benefits to your body and mind.

It is also known as a steam bath or steam sauna, because despite having slightly lower temperatures, it also ends up having the hot effect as in the sauna. This treatment takes place in a cabin, where water vapor is created with eucalyptus essence, making it a hot and humid treatment.

This treatment will allow you to clear the airways, detoxify your body and help with skin, breathing, fluid retention, obesity, rheumatism, and physical and mental exhaustion problems.

SENSATIONS SHOWER - BUCKET OF WATER

After a good sauna, a bucket of cold water for thermal shock is always a pleasure and a unique sensation.

The contrast of the hot and cold temperature not only strengthens the immune system, but also the venous system.

The sensory shower offers positive factors on a large scale that provide unique sensory experiences.

SHOWER SENSATIONS – CHROMOTHERAPY

The purpose of chromotherapy is to restore the chakras to the right balance, that is, the seven main energy centres - according to the oriental traditions on which the individual's physical and mental health is based.
